CrewDeviate helps airline crew compare flight schedules around their travel plans. CrewDeviate runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later, and on Android 8.0 or later. General search does not require an account.

Plan your travel

1. Choose your airline mode, then enter origin, destination and departure date. Live search accepts departure dates from today through 90 days ahead.
2. Choose an arrive-by or depart-after time. Adjust connection and ground buffers in Settings.
3. Review nonstops and connecting cities, inspect the flight legs and save useful options.

Airport-specific minimum connections are not supplied automatically. Results can be incomplete or change; an empty result does not prove no flight exists. Confirm schedules and travel requirements with the airline and your operator. CrewDeviate does not show fares, issue tickets, guarantee seats or provide live flight status. Booking links open another service.

Android

Install CrewDeviate for Android from Google Play. Live search on Android works only in a copy installed from Google Play, on a device that passes Google Play's integrity check. The Android app includes four complimentary successful searches; subscriptions are not yet available on Android. Live search on Android uses Google Play Integrity to verify the app; the privacy notice describes what is sent. The CrewSuite connection is not part of the Android app; in UPS mode, the Android app offers the rule checks with the facts you enter.

If schedules are unavailable

Try again later. Clearly marked sample mode lets you explore example data; sample options cannot be booked or saved. Saved flight details expire, while their basic route/date entries can remain. Search again before relying on an old option.

UPS and CrewSuite

On iPhone and iPad, UPS mode can connect to an existing eligible CrewSuite account and read supported encrypted roster information. It does not create an account or change your roster. Review the original assignment and enter or confirm crew report or release times. Flight times are not crew report or release times. Missing original-trip facts may keep checks UNKNOWN.

The checks provide information for your review. They do not authorize a deviation or establish complete contract or legal compliance. Other-airline users can compare travel with their entered limits; no validated airline rule pack is supplied for their airline. The UPS approved-airline checklist records your own selections and does not supply or certify a Company list.

On iPhone and iPad, to disconnect, open Settings → CrewSuite connection and choose Disconnect. If cleanup fails, use the retry control. Removing this app's remembered connection does not delete the underlying CrewSuite account or roster.

Email [email protected]. Include the app version/build, device model, iOS, iPadOS or Android version, the action you were taking and the error text. When relevant, include the searched airports and date. Share only what is needed: redact names, employee identifiers and roster details from screenshots. Never send passwords, authentication codes or keys.

Use the same contact for account or privacy questions. We may need to verify your identity before handling account-specific requests. Read the CrewDeviate privacy notice and, for the shared account, the CrewSuite account privacy information.
